Container solutions

A container is a type of large-capacity vessel used in transport and storage. Its design is intended to ensure durability and strength under all weather conditions. A container can be made entirely of appropriately thick steel, resistant to transport and loading (e.g., standard shipping containers), or have a lighter construction based on a durable frame clad with special layered panels or trapezoidal facade sheets.

Each of these solutions has a different set of advantages and applications. However, they all share one feature – the product placed in the container gains mobility, making it easy to relocate as needed. Our container solutions include: steel storage tanks placed in containers (which serve as portable fuel stations), normobaric chambers in containers, and social areas with sanitary facilities that can be used by employees carrying out tasks in the field, away from the company location (e.g., construction sites).

A steel tank placed in a container also has several other advantages. For effective operation, an appropriate set of nozzles, valves, pipelines, and other tank equipment must be installed on the tank. The number of these elements increases with the number of compartments in the tank. A container (regardless of its construction) protects the nozzles, valves, and pipelines from external factors, such as variable weather conditions. It also safeguards them from unauthorized access, thereby reducing the risk of vandalism or theft. In the container, we can designate additional technical rooms, such as:

  • a service room, or operational space for the personnel servicing the product, which may include an electrical box, a computer, or other equipment used on a daily basis,
  • a filling room, which allows access to the filling nozzles.

By offering container solutions, we give our clients the opportunity to customize the external appearance of these products. The container can serve as a carrier for advertising messages – we can apply the client’s logo or other selected graphic elements to it. The client can choose the frame color, the color of the layered panels, and decide to install external lighting or LED edging (i.e., an LED strip around the container’s roof).
