Service room with electrical switchgear in the container filling station
Commercial fuel sales are one of the most common applications for containerized fuel stations that we manufacture on behalf of our clients. This product’s ability to refuel in a self-service mode, including cashless payment processing, is essential. The payment terminal, installed on the distribution platform, allows drivers to refuel their vehicles without the need to step away to complete the payment. This option is highly preferred by many of our clients, especially those who do not operate a store and wish to focus solely on fuel sales.
Why? This solution enables the station to operate 24/7 without service interruptions. The station owner can significantly reduce fuel sales point operating costs associated with employing staff, as there is no need to maintain personnel during irregular working hours.
Regardless of whether a contactless card payment terminal, standalone payment kiosks, or a wall-mounted card terminal is used, the ultimate goal of automation is achieved. Faster service results in shorter queues and increased fuel station efficiency, which translates into greater customer satisfaction.
This self-service container fuel station has been designed to provide convenient and quick refueling of various fuel types as well as AdBlue. The large distribution platform (almost 4 meters long and nearly 3 meters wide) is partially enclosed with tempered glass panels to protect it from rain and wind. A large, double-sided, multi-hose fuel dispenser will be installed along the container’s axis. The central part of the container’s front wall houses a large payment terminal that supports cashless transactions. Above it, a price display informs customers of the current fuel rates.

The total length of the entire self-service fuel station is 16.5 meters. Inside the container, there is a four-compartment, double-walled steel tank with a total capacity of 40 m3, allowing for the storage of:
- 18 m3 of diesel,
- 8 m3 of gasoline (Pb),
- 9 m3 of industrial diesel,
- 5 m3 of AdBlue.
The AdBlue compartment and its pipelines are properly insulated to protect them from temperature fluctuations. All compartments in the tank are internally coated with Steopox for additional protection. Directly behind the distribution platform is a service room containing items such as the electrical switchboard. The filling room, with access to the pipes and valves, is located at the back of the container. Inside it, we have placed a durable ladder that allows safe access to the roof.
