Whistleblower form

You can use this form to report irregularities you have observed at Ekonstal Sp. z o.o, especially concerning:

Violation of legal regulations,
Violation of ethical standards adopted by Ekonstal sp. z o.o. and internal regulations and procedures,
Suspicion of preparing, attempting or committing a criminal offence,
Failure to comply with duties or powers,
Failure to exercise due diligence required by the circumstances.

A person who reports wrongdoing in good faith will be protected from unequal treatment, discrimination or victimisation. This protection applies even if the reported problems are not confirmed after verification.

However, if a report is made in bad faith, the whistleblower may be subject to disciplinary action.

Any report, including anonymous reports, will be taken into account provided it is made properly. Ensure that the report contains as much information as possible about the irregularity, described in a clear and understandable manner.

Please note, however; that it may be difficult or impossible to investigate an issue that you report anonymously. In such a situation, it will not be possible to obtain additional, more detailed information about the situation, nor will we be able to provide you with feedback on the action taken and your protection as a whistleblower. For this reason, we recommend that you provide at least one type of contact information (e.g., telephone number or email address).
