He has been professionally involved in the metal industry, in particular at businesses specialised in the manufacturing of finished metal products, for over 30 years. Experienced manager in the area of modern processing and improvement implementation, for example in the manufacturing of steel tanks and vessels for industrial, fuel, and agricultural application. He is passionate about science and engineering which inspire him to search for new solutions that facilitate the effective use of normobaric therapy in preventive healthcare.

The expert knowledge, specialised education in mechanical engineering and management skills developed over the past three decades make him a successful marketer of the companies under his management, while building brands appreciated by customers in Poland and in many countries around the world.

Currently, in the companies he manages (ENER KAP Sp. z o.o. and Ekonstal Sp. z o.o.), he is tasked with strategic planning and identification of future directions of growth, focusing in particular on building competence in the production of certified normobaric chambers and steel tanks and equipment for storage of fuels and other liquids, like water or fertilizers.

An excellent negotiator and strategist, operating in the construction, fuel and steel tank industries. She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of sales management, project management and strategic management. Her skills were developed, among others, within Belgian companies supplying components for the production of steel tanks to major producers in Europe and Africa. As a co-founder and owner of various companies, she has become an expert in building long-term business relationships resulting in the conclusion of lucrative contracts.

Tessa’s ability to recognise market opportunities was proven in 2015 when she and her current business partner, Krzysztof Polasik-Lipiński, decided to invest in the company Ekonstal.

Competence in the field of entrepreneurship, personal efficiency and organizational skills allowed the new management board to transform a locally operating, small business into a modernized, technologically advanced manufacturer with ambition and drive to be one of the leading and most important suppliers of steel tanks and certified Normobaric chambers not just in Europe, but worldwide.
